It's finally here: The 2025 NFL trade deadline, with contenders potentially upgrading on Tuesday and the pretenders hoping to accelerate rebuilds by accruing future draft picks and talent.
And while this isn't like other trade deadlines where a flurry of deals happen and our heads are left spinning, there are sometimes big surprises and lots of buzz. And as usual, we're handing out grades for the major deals. We've already done some of those -- see below -- but we'll be using this live blog to grade every one of the deals we see, from minor to major and everything in between.
Let's dive in, and keep refreshing for updates:

The big trade we've all be waiting for...
Just kidding, it's Saints offensive lineman Trevor Penning, who'll get a fresh start with a Los Angeles Chargers team in dire need of blocking help with Joe Alt and Rashawn Slater out for the year.
A.J. Brown isn't going anywhere
Will Breece Hall be the next Jet to go?
The asking price is reasonable -- a third round pick for an impact runner, albeit one who'll be a free agent in 2026.
The Jets rebuild churns on, making Quinnen Williams a Cowboy
Well, Dallas got the defensive lineman it needed. Will that fix things? Ehhhhh...
The Bears get a Dayo Odeyingbo replacement
The Seahawks bolster Sam Darnold's MVP case with a new deep threat
Rashid Shaheed, rejoice. You just went from the NFL's worst quarterback (albeit in a tiny sample size with Tyler Shough) to its best.
The Colts push their chips to the middle for an All-Pro cornerback
Indianapolis was playing with house money. It used that to rescue Sauce Gardner from the woeful New York Jets.
Gardner was tagged for stardom after first-team All-Pro honors in his first two seasons as a pro. But he backslid in 2024 and was part of one of the league's worst defenses despite the arrival of Detroit Lions coordinator (and former Jets cornerback) Aaron Glenn this fall. Now he joins a top 10 Colts passing defense in need of an elite boundary corner across from Charvarius Ward (who hasn't played in a month due to injury) and next to Kenny Moore in the slot.
But it wasn't cheap.
The Jaguars get a stopgap solution with Travis Hunter out
Jaguars get: WR Jakobi Meyers
Raiders get: 2026 fourth and sixth-round picks

The list of players who could be traded on Tuesday
Could Breece Hall find a new home? He's on our list of players who could be dealt.
The Cowboys trade for Bengals LB Logan Wilson
Cowboys get: LB Logan Wilson
Bengals get: 2026 seventh-round pick
The Cowboys defense is middling. What they REALLY need is more pass-rush, but gee, I wonder why they're missing a big-name pass-rusher. Oh, right.
Anyway, we digress. This trade -- which Jerry Jones alluded to before it was announced -- helps the Cowboys, and the Bengals get... something.
Cowboys grade: B+
Bengals grade: C
Jaelan Phillips trade grades for Eagles-Dolphins
The Eagles got some pass-rushing help. Check out our full write-up with grades here.
