A man was slashed in the neck, leaving him in critical condition, during an argument over a parking space in Queens, police said Tuesday.
The 26-year-old victim was parking his vehicle near Liberty Ave. and 123rd St. in South Richmond Hill when the confrontation sparked off about 3:30 a.m. Saturday, cops said.
The driver of a double-parked GMC Terrain pulled up behind the victim, got out of the SUV and yelled “What the f— are you doing? Move your f—ing car!”, police sources said.
As the clash escalated, the SUV driver pulled out a weapon and slashed the victim in the neck, police said.
The victim got to Jamaica Hospital by private means and is in critical but stable condition. He is expected to survive, police said.
The attacker got back into his SUV and drove off.
