WOODLAND PARK, Colo. (KKTV) - Four people were arrested after allegedly trying to steal from a utility company over the weekend.
According to the Woodland Park Police Department, its dispatch center was alerted at 2:30 Sunday morning that several prowlers had broken into CORE Electric off Highway 67 and were taking wires and other items.
"Several officers were immediately able to respond and contact the suspects," the police department said. "All were taken into custody and taken to the Teller County Jail charged with felony and misdemeanor property crimes, as well as drug offenses."
The suspects have been identified as Jamey Hatch of Golden, Chanda Conklin of Golden, Mason Eisenhand of Indian Hills, and Darian Crider of Westminster.
