What's a sensitive stomach? The term isn't medical and can encompass a wide range of symptoms and conditions related to gut health that, well, don't feel so healthy. For instance, people with disorders that affect the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, like Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and celiac disease, may find it difficult to comfortably (or safely) consume meals prepared for large groups.
