Senior Laura Li and sophomore Vicky Guo of Moravian Academy earned a third-place finish in the PIAA Class 2A girls tennis doubles tournament on Saturday at the Hershey Racquet Club.

Li and Guo, the District 11 champions , posted a 7-5, 6-0 victory over District 10 champion junior Lydia Beuchert and freshman Ella Fetzner of Erie Cathedral Prep in the third-place match.

The Moravian Academy pair won their first two matches of the tournament in straight sets before falling to eventual state champion junior Lily Lengyel and senior Emma Cuck of District 2’s Scranton Prep 6-1, 6-3 in the semifinals.
