As Election Day continues in Pennsylvania , third-party voters in Chester County discovered they were omitted from the poll books, officials confirmed.
Shortly after polls opened at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4, Chester County Voter Services learned that poll books at their precincts did not include the names of voters registered with third parties. Several voters also reported the same issue to NBC10.

A spokesperson with Chester County Voter Services said they were deploying poll books to every polling location as soon as possible to fix the issue. They also said any registered voter whose name doesn’t appear in the poll book may vote by provisional ballot until those poll books arrive.
