FAIRGROVE — Dennis Orin Pomeroy of Fairgrove, age 82, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Covenant Health Care in Saginaw.

He was born in Ensign, the son of the late Floyd and Elvera (Lamberg) Pomeroy. Dennis graduated from Nahma High School, where he was apart of the 1959 Nahma Arrows Class E Basketball Champions. Following high school, he went to work for his father’s forestry company driving truck. On February 1, 1964, he married the love of his life, the former Jean Juneau. Their marriage was blessed with over fifty-three years, four children, and countless laughs and memories. Sadly, Jean passed away on October 28, 2017.

Dennis and Jean moved to lower Michigan, where he started his career at General Motors, retiring in 2001 after thirty dedicated years. In his free time, De
