As autumn settles in and darkness comes earlier, AAA urges Michigan drivers to stay alert for seasonal traffic hazards that can make roads more dangerous.

“From unpredictable weather to increased wildlife activity, fall presents unique challenges that demand extra caution,” Adrienne Woodland, spokesperson for AAA – The Auto Club Group, said in a news release.

Common seasonal traffic safety hazards can include —
