ROCHELLE, Ill. (WTVO) — Prescott Brothers Ford is gearing up for its fifth annual 2-Ton Food Drive, set to take place on November 20th, to support the Rochelle Christian Food Pantry.

The event aims to collect food and monetary donations to provide nearly 300 Thanksgiving dinners to families in need. Last year, the drive raised $16,000 and collected over four pallets of food.

"It's a cool thing," said Chad Young, manager at Prescott Brothers Ford. "We collect food and monetary donations, and all those donations go to the Rochelle Christian Food Pantry."

Ben Doherty, a sales consultant at Prescott Brothers Ford, emphasized the importance of community involvement, stating, "It's really awesome to see the community stepping together."
