(FOX 5/KUSI) — The final day of California's special election on Proposition 50 has arrived, with voters deciding if the state should redraw its Congressional district maps for several election cycles.
In San Diego County, the city of Poway also has a recall election for one of its council members. Voters in Poway District 2 will determine if their representative, Tony Blain, is removed from his seat.
Voters have until 8 p.m. on November 4 to turn in a vote-by-mail ballot or fill one out in person at a poll, vote center or the county Registrar of Voters office. Ballots can also be mailed, so long as they are postmarked by Tuesday and received by November 12.
