WEST MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested a West Monroe man who is accused of sexual battery against a minor.

OPSO arrested Jarrod Lenard, 55, on Nov. 3. Lenard is accused of one count of sexual battery.

According to court records, Lenard is accused of giving the victim alcohol before the alleged battery happened.

OPSO said DNA swabs from Lenard and the victim returned matching results.

Lenard was booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center on a $20,000 bond.
