On Sunday, Tory Horton helped put the Seahawks on the board first with a 4-yard touchdown reception. Then in the second quarter, Horton scored his second touchdown of the game to put the Seahawks up 14-0.

He finished the game with four catches for 48 yards and two touchdowns. This is his second Rookie of the Week nomination, after being nominated in Week 3 following his 95-yard punt return. That punt return is the longest in franchise history and the first punt returned for a touchdown by the Seahawks since 2015.
