Florida Blue members may no longer be covered at one of the country's biggest health systems.

Cleveland Clinic is in contract negotiations with state insurer Florida Blue. If no agreement is reached, millions of Florida Blue members will be out of network at several Cleveland Clinic locations across the state.

Why It Matters

This comes as the annual open enrollment period begins. From November 1, 2025, to January 15, 2026, people can sign up for health insurance, cancel or change their health insurance plan. This includes employer-based insurance, Medicare or insurance through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace.
