Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) on Tuesday made her first appearance on what, in years past, would have been the most unlikely of places: ABC ‘s The View .
She also continued her criticism of recent weeks, directed not so much at Democrats but House Speaker Mike Johnson and the GOP’s failure to address healthcare reform with their own proposal.
“We should all be at work,” Greene, sitting at the center of The View co-hosts, said. “All the people in this audience, they go to work every day. People at home watching this show, they go to work every day. Ladies, you go to work every day. The people on your set. And it is an embarrassment to me that we are not in session and getting paid.”
Greene said she has not been taking a paycheck since the government shut down at the end
