Quinte Field Naturalists will host speaker Stacey Kerr from the Quinte Museum of Natural History to talk about Designing Expedition Alert: Bringing the Polar Desert to the Bay of Quinte.

The meeting is scheduled for Nov 17 at 7 p.m.

All Quinte Field Naturalist meetings are free and open at Maranatha Church at 100 College St. West in Belleville.

Kerr, exhibit and programs coordinator at the museum, has worked for the last year to develop the upcoming feature exhibit, “Expedition Alert: Stories from the High Arctic”.

The exhibit will showcase the biodiversity that lives around Alert, Nunavut, the northernmost continuously inhabited place on Earth.
