Wind advisory issued for parts of Rochester region. See where and when

Whipping winds are expected through much of western and central New York on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service in Buffalo .

The Weather Service issued a wind advisory for more than a dozen counties and a high wind watch for much of the Southern Tier and northern New York.
