HOUSTON – Voters across Texas are headed to the polls on Nov. 4, 2025, to decide statewide constitutional amendments and local races across counties, cities, and school districts.
This year’s uniform election included 17 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution, a special election for Texas’s 18th Congressional District, and several local contests across the Houston area, including a Houston City Council At-Large Position 4 seat and numerous school board races in Harris and surrounding counties.
Polling places are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, with early voting held Oct. 20–31.
Registered voters cast ballots on issues ranging from property tax relief and education funding to bail reform and infrastructure projects.
