MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - As Wisconsin Football takes on Washington this weekend, fans can kick off the day at Badger Bash.

Badger Bash begins 2-and-a-half hours before every home football game at Union South.

With the game starting off at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, this week’s Badger Bash will start at 1 p.m.

Football fans can expect to find food, free goodies on Orchard Street and fun games. The event wraps up with live music from the UW-Madison Badger Band and performances from the Spirit Squad.

The event is hosted by WMTV 15 News Sports Director Mike “Jocko” Jacques.

This week, fans can also expect to find WMTV’s Tabitha Bland and Charlie Shortino, as well as Gray Media’s Vanessa Kjeldsen.

The event is free and open to the public.
