KENNEWICK, Wash. - A crash on Highway 395 and West 10th Avenue at around noon Tuesday is blocking lanes as Washington State Patrol responds, according to the Kennewick Police Department.

Northbound traffic on Highway 395 will be reduced to one lane until the scene is cleared, KPD said. Drivers should expect delays.
