MARS HILL - The Bailey Mountain Cloggers are hoping to bring to town a festival featuring teams from throughout the world next summer.

In the Mars Hill Town Board's Nov. 3 meeting, Danielle Plimpton, the Mars Hill University program's director and spirit teams coach appeared before the board to outline the festival, planned for July 1-5, 2026.
