VANDERBURGH COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — Two people are facing cocaine and marijuana dealing charges after an investigation by the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Drug Task Force.
In September, investigators say they received tips that Ramiro Chapa Jr. was distributing cocaine in the Evansville area.
After conducting surveillance, authorities say they obtained a search warrant for Chapa's home on East Florida Street on Monday.
During a search, detectives say they found about 73 grams of cocaine, 247 grams of marijuana, and multiple scales.
Officials say they also discovered that Candido Cervantes-Trejo was staying in the home with Chapa.
