Former California State University Bakersfield Athletic Director Kyle Conder filed a lawsuit against the university alleging retaliation.

Conder claims in the lawsuit that he was fired by the university for being a whistleblower in relation to sexual harassment involving former softball players.

Flashback: The university announced in September that Conder would no longer be the athletic director and did not provide a reason at the time.
