WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A Winston-Salem man has pleaded guilty in what prosecutors say is the largest fentanyl seizure ever recorded in Forsyth County — nearly 11 kilograms of the drug, enough to kill more than 5 million people.
According to the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office, Lakeith Rayvon Lindsay entered a guilty plea on Monday to multiple felony drug and firearms charges tied to a year-long investigation into a violent drug trafficking operation.
Prosecutors say Lindsay, known by the nickname “Ray Audi,” was a high-level fentanyl trafficker and leader of a Bloods subset gang called Every Gram Kounts (EGK), which investigators linked to several shootings between 2021 and 2023.
