SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. -- Sun Prairie police arrested two people in connection to a shooting on Sunfield Street, on Oct. 7.
Police said on Friday, Oct. 17. Tradell Morrison, 17, of Madison and Jeremiah Smith, 20, of Madison were arrested by the Henry County Sheriff's Office in McDonaugh, Georgia, on Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrants.
Both were extradited on Oct. 28. and booked into the Dane County Jail.
On Tuesday, the Sun Prairie Police Department referred additional charges to the Dane County District Attorney's Office related to the shooting.
Both are being referred for the following charges:
• Attempted first degree intentional homicide (two counts)
• Recklessly endangering safety (two counts)
• Felon in possession of a firearm
