Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc. announced a voluntary recall on Monday of "a limited number" of Häagen-Dazs brand Dark Chocolate Mini Bars because the product "may contain undeclared wheat." The company recall announcement was published on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration website Tuesday. "Those with an allergy or severe sensitivity to wheat run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products," Dreyer's said in its announcement. According to the company, the affected products were sold in a six-count package with a "best by" date of Jan. 31, 2027. The batch code for the affected products is LLA519501.
