Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is recalling a number of its Häagen-Dazs ice cream bars due to an undeclared allergen, the Food and Drug Administration announced Monday.
The affected products are Häagen-Dazs Chocolate Dark Chocolate Mini Bars in the six-count package with batch code LLA519501 and a best by date of Jan. 31, 2027. These products may contain undeclared wheat.
“We believe products containing wheat were repacked into the incorrect packaging at the beginning of a production run,” the recall reads.
People with an allergy or sensitivity to wheat may suffer a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if consumed, according to the FDA.
