The Stanton County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the public’s assistance in determining the whereabouts of a missing 15-year-old Stanton girl who ran away recently from an Omaha group home.

Valkyrie Waterman also is wanted on five arrest warrants out of Stanton County on charges connected to her arrest earlier this year in Stanton County by the sheriff’s office, said sheriff Mike Unger in a press release.

Waterman’s whereabouts are unknown, and it is possible that she is in Northeast Nebraska, Unger said.

Those with knowledge of Waterman’s location are asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 402-439-2212 or their local law enforcement agency. Unger said Waterman is considered endangered or at-risk and has been entered in a national database as missing and wanted.
