AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Austin Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a suspect who allegedly committed two burglaries at a south Austin apartment complex in October, per a news release from APD.
According to APD, the burglaries happened at the Bennett Apartments, 7301 South Interstate 35 service road northbound. The first one happened on Oct. 1 at 9:45 a.m., and the second one happened on Oct. 21 around 6:40 p.m.
Police said the alleged suspect "may have been involved in other offenses related to property crime."
"In both incidents, the suspect made entry into the apartment complex without authorization. While on the premises, the suspect entered the mail room and stole a large number of residents’ packages. This has created a number of challenges for both residents and
