PEKIN ( 25News Now ) - A Washington woman and the minor who she allegedly had sex with are the parents of a baby born earlier this year, Tazewell County prosecutors revealed on Tuesday.

A probable cause affidavit presented to the court said DNA testing confirmed Robyn Polston, 43, and the alleged victim are the baby’s parents.

Polston is charged with two counts of criminal sexual assault and two counts of child pornography for crimes that allegedly occurred in 2024 and 2025.

Investigators said a search of cellphone accounts led to the discovery of a large number of sexually explicit images and videos of the pair.
