A driver crashed a car into the side of a high school in a suburb of Chicago Tuesday afternoon, bringing emergency responders to the campus, video showed.

Around 3:35 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to a single-vehicle crash into a building at St. Laurence High School, located at 5500 West 77th Street in Burbank, authorities said.

Video from Sky 5 showed a red vehicle crashed into the side of one of the school buildings, with emergency responders on scene.

The wall where the driver struck the building was visibly damaged by the impact.

Burbank police said no injuries were reported and the section of the building that was struck was unoccupied when the crash occurred.

St. Laurence did not immediately respond to NBC Chicago's request for comment.
