MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — This week, we honor Abigail Ables as the WKRG News 5 Scholar Athlete of the Week.

Ables is a senior at Foley High School where she plays flag football, runs on the track and field team, and played basketball until 11th grade.

She has a 4.1 GPA.

Ables is a Senior Peer Helper and a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Her coach says she is an amazing student and a great leader who works extremely hard.
