PORTLAND, Ore. — A Portland man notorious for posting videos of himself driving recklessly and breaking numerous traffic laws is back in custody after allegedly violating the terms of his probation from a conviction last month .

Oscar Burell Jr. (or Burrell Jr., as some court records spell it), 33, was taken into custody Monday and briefly appeared in court Tuesday morning.

Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Katharine von Ter Stegge on Friday ordered Burrell to serve 10 days in jail, starting that day, after she found he violated the terms of his probation. The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office had requested that Burrell's probation be revoked and that he be sentenced to a year in jail.
