SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Texans took to the polls on Nov. 4 to cast their votes on 17 state constitutional amendment propositions.

Ten of the proposed amendments focus on possible changes to tax policy. The remaining seven discuss other matters, including allocating a portion of state sales taxes to the state water fund, denying bail under certain circumstances to individuals accused of certain offenses punishable as a felony and amending the Texas Constitution to clarify that a voter must be a United States citizen.
