ATLANTA — Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens is the projected winner in Tuesday's general election, the Associated Press said.
Dickens was given four more years Tuesday night by the city's voters, who rewarded him in particular for the declines in crime and increasing development that marked his first term in office.
His supporters chanted "four more years" during his victory speech. He said as a kid from Adamsville, it was his dream to become mayor one day
