OREGON, Ohio — Seferian has served as mayor since 2009, overseeing infrastructure upgrades and economic development projects. Salander, who has served on city council, said during his campaign that he wants to bring a new perspective to city leadership and ensure residents feel heard in local decision-making.

Both candidates emphasized public safety, infrastructure and maintaining the city’s quality of life as key priorities.

The winner will serve a four-year term beginning in 2026. These results are unofficial until certified by the Lucas County Board of Elections.
