Syracuse, N.Y. — Central New Yorkers went to the polls Tuesday to cast their votes in the 2025 election .

Nearly 700 candidates were on the ballots across the region with people running for county and local races as well as state Supreme Court judge posts.

The polls close at 9 p.m. Early voting results will come in first, and then the results from Election Day will start coming in, usually starting at 9:30 p.m.
