More Pennsylvanians vote by mail than in previous municipal election

(WHTM) -- Just under 1 million Pennsylvanians voted by mail this year, far outpacing the last municipal election in the state. As election offices started counting ballots Tuesday, releasing mail-in ballot totals first, 927,051 Pennsylvanians voted by mail.
