TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The previously deported felon accused of killing a Tucson man during an hours-long crime spree earlier this year appeared in a Pima County courtroom late Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Julio Cesar Aguirre, 43, needed a Spanish interpreter during his initial court appearance on state charges of first-degree murder, attempted armed robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, first-degree burglary, and prohibited possession of a weapon.
