JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KVRR) — Police in Jamestown are investigating a shooting incident at a hotel.
They responded to a report of bullet holes in the window of the hotel on Tuesday.
The investigation revealed that a handgun was believed to have been fired from inside the room through the window into the parking lot.
Spent casings were located in the motel room.
People of interest in the case have been located.
Police say the case is currently under investigation, and the incident is believed to be isolated to a group of known individuals.
There is no known danger to the public.
