Dog rescued from Moorhead house fire

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — Moorhead Fire Department responds to a house fire in the 400 block of 12th Street North.

The call came in at 2:50 p.m. after it was discovered by a passerby.

When crews arrived, they found fire along the back of the house with extension to the eaves.

Nobody was believed to be home at the time but a dog was rescued from inside.

The cause of the fire in under investigation.
