Louisville: A tragic aviation accident struck Louisville, Kentucky, on Tuesday evening when a United Parcel Service (UPS) cargo aircraft crashed shortly after take-off from the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. The fiery crash killed at least four people, including all three crew members aboard, and left several others injured in the surrounding industrial area.
