MILAN, MI — Milan voters reelected their mayor and filled seats on Milan City Council at the polls Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Voters in the city reelected Edward Kolar III in the race for mayor. Kolar won the four-year term with 714 votes.
He defeated Laura Russeau, who received 382 votes.
Milan voters also elected three to city council. Winners are incumbent city councilmember Shannon Dare Wayne with 656 votes, Marie Gress with 638 votes, and Jesse Robert Nie with 608 votes.
They defeated incumbent Christian Thompson, who received 463 votes, and Connie Harrison, who received 312 votes.
