Praught wins second term in Johnstown

Johnstown Mayor Amy Praught held off a write-in campaign to win a second four-year term Tuesday, in complete but unofficial results.

Praught took 814 votes. Voters cast 154 write-in votes, and John Sturm had campaigned as a write-in candidate, but write-in tallies won’t be available for several days.
