Chris Davies insists he has no worries about Kyogo Furuhashi after the striker’s goal drought extended to 12 Championship games.

Kyogo had two chances to score a fifth goal for Birmingham City in their 4-0 rout of Millwall on Tuesday but couldn’t find the net.

He was denied by Millwall goalkeeper Max Crocombe in a one-v-one before guiding Patrick Roberts’ cross wide of the post when the ball was recycled.

Despite missing a string of chances since joining Blues from Rennes in the club’s costliest summer transfer, Kyogo has retained the support of Davies and the club’s supporters.
