Tito Brown conceded the race for Youngstown Mayor after losing to Derrick McDowell by just over 900 votes.
"It is probably not the results that we thought it would be, it's not the results we thought that it should be, but I've had the best time on my journey being the mayor of the city of Youngstown," Brown said.
Surrounded by dozens of friends and loved ones, Brown thanked them for their support, got a little emotional when his son spoke on the impact Brown has had on his life and he told his supporters that he feels like he's done everything he wanted to do in these last 8 years.
