Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to hold a press conference at noon today at the All India Congress Committee headquarters in New Delhi to reveal evidence of electoral fraud.

He will present data on voter deletions in Bihar constituencies, accusing the Election

Commission of India and the Bharatiya Janata Party of systematic manipulation involving EVMs and administrative actions affecting marginalized voters.

The disclosure follows months of similar claims and comes ahead of Bihar's first phase of assembly elections on November 6.
