SEATTLE -- Democratic Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell faces a tough reelection fight against progressive activist Katie Wilson as voters in the liberal city recoil from President Donald Trump's second term and question whether the incumbent has done enough to address public safety, homelessness and affordability.
