Life coach and mentor Josh is now in a race against time to build his 'war chest' to fund access to specialist drugs to help him stand the best chance of defeating the disease.

Back in 2020, Josh was working for a start-up firm in Texas in the US. He was so fit he even ran a gruelling six marathons in five days through Jordan's Wadi Rum desert. But it was also around this time he began suffering from stomach pains and was once unable to sleep for one 30-hour stretch.
