At least 11 have been killed in a horror blaze at retirement home flats as horrified witnesses told of flames ripping through the top floors of the building.
The fire broke out on the seventh floor of the building in the Bosnian city of Tuzla at about 8.45pm last night and has also left more than 30 injured.
The Prime Minister of Bosnia's Muslim-Croat entity, Nermin Niksic, called the fire a "disaster of enormous proportions."
Video footage from the scene showed flames billowing from the windows of an upper floor of the building. Identification of the victims will start later on today, and an investigation into the cause of the fire will start when conditions allow it, police say.
