Glen Oaks Community College is reporting an 8% increase in full-time student enrollment for fall 2025 compared to the previous year.

The college is serving 1,309 students this fall, with 768 enrolled full time, up from 711 in fall 2024, according to an October enrollment report. Traditional students now represent 53% of the student body.

“This increase in full-time students is a significant step forward,” Bryan Newton, president of Glen Oaks, said in an announcement from the college. “It shows that more students are choosing to fully commit to their education — and we’re putting the right supports and opportunities in place to help them succeed.”
